Chennai land prices ‘overheating’

Property prices in Chennai are `overheating’ in pricing throwing up questions of sustainability and viability, according to Mr Irfan Razack, Managing Director, Prestige Estate Pvt Ltd. Addressing a meeting of Tamil Nadu-based real estate developers, he said developers should not price themselves out of the market.
