Redfort Capital, a Cayman Islands-based private equity firm, which has a $400 million (Rs 1,400 crore) fund from foreign institutional investors, plans to launch a $100 million (Rs 400 crore) domestic fund, according to its Managing Director, Mr Parry Singh.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he said that the domestic fund would be raised from high net worth individuals and the corporate sector for redevelopment projects, land acquisition, and other non-FDI compliant ventures.
