Certified event management training course

Kochi, Dec. 13 The Kochi-based event management company Impresario is conducting a four-day certified event management course from January 14 at InterContinental, The Grand Mumbai, Mumbai.

Mr William (Bill) John O’ Toole, Manager of Event Project Management Research Forum, University of Sydney, Australia, will be leading the workshop.

A press release issued here said the course will help to understand how marketing and sponsorship is done, how to maximise the impact of an event and its sustainability, how to examine the feasibility and Return On Investment (ROI) of an event, how to use the risk management process to minimise problems and maximize opportunities, how to successfully manage the project processes, how to deliver successful events every time and how to use the latest tools to create checklists, design the event venue and create an exciting programme.
