Kolte-Patil lists at 59% premium

Mumbai, Dec. 13 Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd, a real estate company, made its debut on the capital markets at a premium of 58.6 per cent against the issue price of Rs 145 today on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 230 and a low of Rs 176 during intraday trading. At the close of trading the share price stood at Rs 180.15 and turnover of Rs 31434.6 lakh was made during the day.

On the BSE too, Kolte-Patil opened at a premium of 51.72 per cent on Thursday. The shares touched an intraday high of Rs 223.90 and a low of Rs 175, before closing at Rs 181.45.
