Icrisat, trust set up $10-m fund

Hyderabad, Dec. 13 The International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and Global Crop Diversity Trust (GCDT) have set up a $10-million fund that would be used for genetic resources conservation and management activities at the institute.

Dr William Dar, Director-General of ICRISAT, and Prof. Cary Fowler, Executive Director of the GCDT, signed an agreement recently in Beijing.
