HBL Power to allot pref shares
Hyderabad, Dec. 13
HBL Power Systems Ltd has decided to consider and allot
preferential shares/warrants to CVCIGP II Client
Rosehill Ltd, Mauritius (Rosehill Client), and Gautam
Nayak and Keshav Bhujle (the trustees)among others.
The company has called for an Extraordinary General
Meeting here on January 4 to decide on the preferential
offer, according to a statement to the BSE.
It is proposed to allot Rosehill Client 6,32,988 equity shares at a price of
Rs 410 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 400)
aggregating to Rs 25.95 crore, and 9,49,481 warrants of Rs
425 each, exercisable in tranches and having a currency
period of 18 months. Each warrant holder has the option
to subscribe to one fully paid-up equity share of the
company for every warrant aggregating to 9,49,481 equity
shares at a price of Rs 425 per equity share. - Our
