Simplex gets nod for share allotment

Coimbatore, Dec 14

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has said that the Committee of Directors of the company at its meeting held on December 13 has approved the allocation of 64,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 625 per share (face value of Rs 2 each, including premium of Rs 623) and also resolved that the bid closing date for the issue be December 13. Shares of the company closed at Rs 651.10, down 1.43 per cent, on the BSE on Friday.
