Sujana Metal to hike capital

Hyderabad, Dec 17

Sujana Metal Products Ltd will be increasing its authorised share capital to Rs 145 crore from the current Rs 105 crore by issuing eight crore shares of Rs 5 each. A decision to this effect had been taken by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 27, according to a release.

The board of directors had also approved the issue of 80.83 lakh equity shares of Rs 5 each to promoters and others besides a preferential issue of 6.05 crore convertible warrants to the promoters. The Hyderabad-based company had also appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountant as statutory auditors in place of Mr G.V. Suryanarayana Murthi, who had expressed his inability to continue. The annual general meeting of the company would be held on December 31, the release added. - Our Bureau
