Era Constructions India Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has received an intimation from Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd regarding the open offer for acquiring up to 46,20,711 fully paid up equity share capital of the company by Era Housing & Developers (India) Ltd and Hi-Point Investment & Pvt Ltd, corporate promoters of the company at a price of Rs 615 per fully paid up equity share payable in cash. - Our Bureau
