The Hindu Business Line : Genpact completes Axis Risk acquisition

New Delhi, Dec. 17 BPO company Genpact today said it had completed the acquisition of Axis Risk Consulting Services, an independent India-based risk consulting firm that provides a wide range of risk assurance services.

The company did not disclose the terms of the agreement. Axis would operate as an independent unit of Genpact within its governance practice.

The acquisition strengthens Genpact’s financial, planning and analysis offerings.

“The integrated risk and technology solutions we will be offering our US and European clients as a result of this acquisition will remove a lot of time, pain and costs associated with governance and risk management,” said Genpact President & CEO, Mr Pramod Bhasin.
