Mumbai, Dec 17 Colgate Palmolive (India) got re-listed on the NSE today at a premium of 13.84 per cent at Rs 435 against it previous close of Rs 382.10. The stock witnessed a high of Rs 440, low of Rs 385 and closed at Rs 388.10. The trading of this stock was suspended from November 29, 2007 as the company had gone for a reduction of equity share capital. The company did not plan to split the stock, but rather decided to reduce its price to Re 1 each from the current face value of Rs 10. and offered Rs 9 to each shareholder in cash.
