The Mumbai based

Networth Stock Broking Ltd said on Monday that several strategic investors have picked up stake worth Rs 49.79 crore through preferential issue of equity shares and convertible warrants. The strategic investors are DSP HMK Holdings Pvt Ltd, Mavi Inve stment Fund Ltd, Peninsular South Asia Investment Company Ltd- South Asia Access Fund, Makertich Consultancy Services Ltd and Stewart Investment & Financial Ltd. The preferential issue has been subscribed by the investors at the rate of Rs 131.4 per share, according to a note from Networth. The seal is subject to approvals from SEBI, the company shareholders and other regulatory authorities.
