Marg Const plans SEZ in Tamil Nadu
Coimbatore, Dec. 18
Marg Constructions Ltd has stated that New Chennai
Township Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, is
establishing a Multi Service Special Economic Zone on
121.94 hectare (approx 301.32 acres) in Kancheepuram
district in Tamil Nadu. This is adjacent and contiguous to
the Light Engineering SEZ admeasuring 125.002 hectare
(approx 308.89 acre) which has already been notified by
the Government of India. Further, the company has
informed that the Government of India has now notified
the same as Special Economic Zone under the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005. - Our Bureau
