Madurai, Dec. 18

Mr S. Rethinavelu has been elected the President of the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and industry for 2007-08 at its 83rd annual general meeting held here. He won an election this time to the post to which he had been unanimously chosen since 1993, a release from the chamber said. The other office-bearers are: Mr N. Jegatheesan – Secretary; Mr G. Elangovan –Treasurer; Mr V. Neethimohan, Mr K. Alagu and Mr V.G. Ramdoss - Vice-Presidents and Mr T. Sathiamoorthy and P Mahendravel - Joint Secretaries, the release added.
