Uflex plans to raise FII limit

Mumbai, Dec. 26

Packaging firm Uflex Ltd said on Wednesday that its board would meet on December 27 to consider increasing foreign institutional investors (FIIs) investment limit in the company. The board meet would also consider an issue of equity shares on a private placement basis to foreign investors, it said.
