Tata Tele bags GMR airport deal

Hyderabad, Dec. 28

Tata Teleservices has bagged the fixed line services management contract at the Rs 2,478-crore of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad. The contract is valid for five years. As per the agreement with GHIAL (GMR Hyderabad International Airport), Tata Tele would provide fixed line (voice and data) services, which include integrated services digital network lines, video conference and Internet, and virtual private network, said Mr Rajgopal Swami, CFO of GHIAL. - Our Bureau
