Mascon closes $50-m FCCB issue

New Delhi, Dec 28 Mascon Global Ltd today announced the completion of a $50-million foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) issue, which has seen the participation of blue-chip investors.

“The FCCBs issued will be listed with Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Listing application for the underlying equity shares will be applied to the Indian stock exchanges upon conversion of the bonds, if any, from time to time,” the company said in a notice to BSE. The issue was subscribed 2-3 times, sources said.
