BSEL closes GDR issue

Coimbatore, Dec 28

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has stated that the GDR Committee of the company has closed Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) issue and handed over the Share Certificate to the Custodian - ICICI Bank Ltd - on December 27 amounting to $35.30 million. The number of shares underlying GDRs are 21,472,020 and number of GDRs issued for the above shares are 2,147,202. The company has granted an over allotment option to the lead manager up to $4.70 million with the time period to be exercised within 30 days from the closing today. - Our Bureau
