Inox jumps on takeover buzz

Stock of Inox Leisure Ltd has jumped over 72 per cent during the last one month. Rumour doing the rounds in the market is that Adlabs Films may takeover the company. Sources say that on the back of this talk the stock has seen steady accumulation from a section of market participants. However, when contacted, Inox Leisure official termed it as mere ‘market rumour’ while Adlabs Films official declined to comment saying that they don’t comment on market rum ours.

Adlabs Films gained about 49.6 per cent during the last one month period.

However, both the stocks declined on Friday with Inox Leisure losing 4.74 per cent and Adlabs 3.06 per cent. Besides the rumour, fancy towards entertainment stocks has lifted the sentiment, say market men
