Financial Services Chennai, Dec. 29 Apollo Sindhoori Ltd, the stock broking company of the Apollo Hospitals group, has announced that it would raise Rs 36.56 crore by selling 6.64 lakh shares to the Mauritius-based Silverman Ltd for Rs 550 a share. In an announcement to the stock exchanges, the company has further said that it would offer 3.87 lakh shares to employees as ESOPs. On the BSE, the Apollo Sindhoori stock closed at Rs 593.45 on Friday, up by Rs 28.25 (5 per cent) over the previous close of Rs 565. 20. There were no sellers for that price.
