Road safety week in Mumbai

Western India Automobile Association (WIAA) in association with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd and Mumbai Traffic Police is organising ‘Road Safety Week’ in Mumbai from January 2 to 7. The Mumbai Police Commissioner, Mr D.N. Jadhav, will inaugurate the ‘ICICI Lombard – WIAA Road Safety Week 2008’ at Islam Gymkhana along Marine Drive on Wednesday. There will be free PUC check up, eye camp, tyre check-up, battery and electrical chec k-up in various parts of Mumbai during the ‘road safety week’. WIAA plans to organise road safety week programmes in Ahemmadabad also.
