Announcements Coimbatore, Dec. 31 Lanco Infratech Ltd has received letters of acceptance from Andhra Pradesh Health & Medical Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation, an enterprise of the Andhra Pradesh Government for construction of 500 bedded hospital and ancillary structures, medical college, auditorium, hostels and staff quarters for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences at Ongole in Prakasam District for a total contract value of Rs 85.37 crore.
Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has said that the board of directors has decided to raise the equity capital up to Rs 160 crore by way of QIP to meet the expansion project cost of terry towel from 3000 tonnes p.a. to 15000 tonnes p.a. and 12 MW power plant project cost. New Delhi Television Ltd has said pursuant to acquisition of further stake of 7.73 per cent (48,35,850 equity shares) in the company by the promoters, Dr Prannoy Roy and Ms Radhika Roy from GA Global Investments Ltd, the FII limit to the extent of 7.73 per cent stands released and accordingly FIIs/NRIs etc. can now acquire shares in shareholding of the company.
