Vivimed Labs borrowing lid up

Hyderabad, Jan. 1

The Hyderabad-based Vivimed Labs Ltd, at its annual general meeting held on December 27, approved the increase in the borrowing powers of its board of directors up to Rs 500 crore. It has also approved a proposal to offer and allot 18.80 lakh convertible warrants to promoters and persons other than promoters, according to a release. - Our Bureau
