Coimbatore, Jan. 1 City Union Bank Ltd’s board has fixed January 30 as the record date for the subdivision of equity shares of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Re.1 each.

Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd (GLFL) has said that Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (GIIC), one of the promoters of GLFL, has informed that they have sold 8,71,394 shares of GLFL out of their holding.

The pre-sale holding of GIIC was 19.16 per cent and post sale was 16.77 per cent of the total paid-up capital of GLFL.

Koutons Retail India Ltd’s board of directors has decided to acquire the 100 per cent shareholding of DBG Retail Holdings Ltd.

Ramsarup Industries Ltd has increased prices of steel wires in range of Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,500 per tonne with effect from January 1.
