CSC renews TrygVesta deal

Chennai, Jan.2

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has renewed its contract with Nordic insurance company TrygVesta extending it to a five-year, $192 million (about Rs 768 crore) information technology outsourcing deal effective January 1. According to a press release, the new deal extends coverage across the Nordic region supporting about 3,900 users in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. It will involve CSC providing IT infrastructure services, including help desk, mainframe, network, Web hosting and print and distributed computing. —
