AP CM receives ISCA award

Hyderabad, Jan. 6

The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajashekhara Reddy, has become the first Chief Minister in the country to received an award from the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) at its 95th edition in Visakhapatnam. Dr Reddy received the award from the Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, on January 3, at the inaugural of the five- day event, organised by ISCA, for his contributions in the areas of science and technology, according to a press release from the Achary a N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), here.
