Announcements States - Kerala Arbitron Inc forms subsidiary Kochi, Jan. 7 Arbitron Inc, an international media and marketing information services firm serving radio, cable TV, advertising agencies etc, has announced the formation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Arbitron Technology Services India Pvt Ltd. Arbitron India will operate out of a centre located at Larsen & Toubro Ltd's new IT Park, Tejomaya, in Kochi. The Kochi centre will be developed into a world class technology and product development centre to support Arbitron's vision to serve the media and market research industry worldwide, Mr Steve Morris, Chairman, President, and CEO of Arbitron, said in a release.
