Vodafone bonus recharge

Kochi, Jan. 7

Vodafone Essar has launched bonus recharge through SMS facility for its Kerala customers. Vodafone is the first service provider to launch this service in the State. A Vodafone customer can now send an SMS and use the balance in his account to pay for the bonus recharge. This recharge will allow special call rates to be activated for a particular period. Mr K Sankara Narayanan, Chief Executive Officer, Vodafone Essar, Kerala, said that this is a step forward by Vodafone to provide our customers greater convenience. They no longer have to go to a retail outlet or make calls to get bonus recharges. They can simply send out an SMS to activate the special call rates and enjoy convenience at its best. - Our Bureau
