Simplex bags Maithon order

New Delhi, Jan. 8

Simplex Infrastructures Ltd said on Tuesday it has bagged an order worth Rs 481 crore for the 1,050-MW Maithon Thermal Power Project from the joint venture company promoted by Tata Power and DVC. The project is scheduled for completion in two-and-a-half years, a company release said. Simplex Infrastructures’ order book as on date stands at Rs 8,994 crore, including the value of unexecuted orders as of September 30, 2007, and the new orders received since then till da te, it said. — Our Bureau
