Paranjape launches new project in Pune

Pune, Jan. 10 Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd (PSCL), realty company, has on Thursday announced its La Cresta luxurious project at Sopan Baug, Pune.

Talking to Business Line, Mr. Shashank Paranjape, Managing Director, said the project is spread over a three-acre plot at Sopan Baug, which is located in the eastern part of the city with proximity to places such as Empress Garden, the oldest and largest green area, and other townships such as Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park which offer choices for recreation. He noted that the project would be a total of three towers having 11storeys each and each tower would have 42 apartments. These would fall in the category of two and three BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen). The work on all the three towers have begun and the project is expected to be completed within three years.

Besides, regular facilities, PSCL are offering videophone security system, generator back-up and piped gas provision to eachapartment.
