Sobha Developers in top-10 CSR list
Kochi, Jan. 10
Sobha Developers Ltd, a real estate developer, has
figured among the top ten Indian companies to have
contributed Rs 10 crore plus for Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) initiatives during the last financial
year. The Sobha Group is the only Kerala company that
has found place among the top ten in the list. Sobha
Developers also figures among the companies whose
contributions to CSR programmes had doubled from that
made in FY06. The CSR arm of Sobha Developers, the Sri
Kurumba Trust, had been implementing various sociallyrelevant,
and people welfare activities in the twin
panchayats of Vadekkencherry and Kizhekkencherry in
Palakkad district for over a decade now. - Our Bureau
