Cross-Tab bags Survey Sampling deal

Mumbai, Jan. 10

City based Cross-Tab Marketing Services has won a three-year market research outsourcing contract of up to $5 million (Rs 20 crore) from online panel research firm Survey Sampling International. “SSI will outsource key operational processes such as survey programming, data processing and survey management. The engagement will grow rapidly over a period of time,” according to Mr Suresh Subbiah, Vice President, Operations, SSI. As part of the deal, Cross-Tab is s etting up a dedicated centre for SSI within its facilities in Mumbai which will provide 24x7 services. SSI is a global provider of sampling solutions headquartered in the US. It offers research and sampling services to consumer and business-to-business respondents via Internet, telephone and other communications. —
