Auto rickshaws parked on Magadi Road in Bangalore on Friday, as the drivers’ unions went on strike demanding that the minimum fare be increased to Rs 20 and the charge per km be fixed at Rs 10. Over 70 per cent of auto rickshaws in the city stayed off the road.
