Service apartment project in Pune

Pune, Jan. 16

Real estate company Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has launched Green Olive, a four-star serviced apartments project at Rajiv Gandhi IT park, Hinjewadi, with a total investment of Rs 74 crore. Spread over seven acres, it consists of 100 studio and one bedroom apartments with facilities such as pantry, dinning, 24 hour multi-cuisine restaurant, gym, swimming pool, shopping centre, Wi-Fi connectivity, conference and meeting halls. The company plans to complete this project in 15 months. —
