Tata group internship for international students

Mumbai, Jan. 16 The Tata group has entered into a three-year agreement with the University of California, Berkeley, US and University of Cambridge, UK to provide internships to international students to work in community initiative projects of the group in India.

Each university will identify five students from undergraduate or higher study level for an eight-week summer internship at Tata Group’s community initiative programmes.

“TISES is an initiative to engage with students from abroad to help promote international understanding and bring in new ideas and perspectives to the existing group community initiatives in India, as well as, provide these students unique learning opportunities,” said Mr R. Gopalakrishnan, Executive Director, Tata Sons Ltd.
