NTrust Info to enter European market

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore, Jan. 16 Chennai-based NTrust Infotech, a provider of technological support to the US real estate industry, plans to enter the European market with its offerings.

The four-year old company has established a niche for itself in the real estate lease administration space. Speaking to Business Line, its President and CEO, Mr Srikanth Ramachandran, said NTrust offers this service to the corporates and the retail segment. “We are not catering to the residential rental services space,” he said.

Regarding the magnitude and complexity of administering commercial lease documents, he said, “the document could run to over 100 pages, making the abstraction of critical data both complex and tough. For instance, a company would have more than one lease document, such as one for the warehouse, another for registered office and so on. Each of these leases would be different, not only between companies, but even within the same organisation. No two leases are the same. This makes the abstraction of critical data more complex,” he said and pointed out that the lease administration costs were pretty high, though next only to HR costs.
