Mumbai, Jan. 17

TCS has already made 22,000 campus offers for next year, Mr S Padmanabhan, Executive Director, Human Resources, has said. In the third quarter of the current fiscal, TCS saw a gross addition of 7522 employees. “At the end of the current quarter, we have 108,229 professionals. Most importantly, we have been able to maintain utilisation rates of 77.7 per cent,” he said.

The attrition rate has gone up to 12.2 per cent from 11.5 per cent in the previous sequential quarter.
