Airtel slashes lifetime prepaid rates

New Delhi, Jan. 17

Bharti Airtel has slashed outgoing call rates by about 50 per cent to Rs 1 per minute for its prepaid users in Delhi and the National Capital region using the lifetime plan of Rs 495. Currently, the lifetime plan users are charged Rs 1.99 per minute for outgoing calls. The new rate would be applicable with effect from January 15. - Our Bureau
