The fair, being held in the State after a gap of seven years, will feature a series of seminars focusing on the problems being faced by the agricultural sector and the farmers in the State, according to the Minister for Agriculture, Mr Mullakkara Ratnakaran. He said here on Friday that the entire proceeds from the fair would be used for various agricultural welfare schemes.
