Keyoor Bakshi is new ICSI president

New Delhi, Jan. 19

Mr Keyoor Bakshi has been elected as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Mr Datla Hanumanta Raju, as Vice-President. According to a statement issued by the Institute, Mr Bakshi has been elected as the President of ICSI with effect from January 19. He was the Vice-President of ICSI during 2007. Mr Raju, who has been elected Vice-President with effect from January 19, is currently a Practising Company Secretary at Hyderabad, the statement sa id. He has been the Chairman of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) and Hyderabad Chapter of the ICSI, besides holding different positions in other capacities. —
