Chennai, Jan. 22

Allsec Technologies has reported a 15.4 per cent dip in income from operations at Rs 23.01 crore for the quarter ended December 2007 compared to the corresponding quarter last fiscal, a press release said. The company registered a net loss of Rs 6.76 crore. On a sequential basis, income from operations was lower by Rs 5.14 crore, and net loss higher by about Rs 5 crore over the previous quarter. Results for the December quarter include transactions of the erstwhile B2K Cor p Pvt Ltd, Allsec’s wholly owned subsidiary that was amalgamated with the company in August. For the same reason, results of the December quarter are not comparable with figures from previous years, the release said.
