Social interaction pod unveiled

Pune, Jan. 22

The Pune-based Harbinger Group, provider of software products and services, has launched FlockPod, the world’s first social interaction pod. Mr Vikas Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Harbinger Group, said FlockPod would provide a space on any Web page for various users to collaborate and interact on-the-spot, to share ideas, opinions, experiences, anecdotes or even to debate. This innovation is based on Harbinger’s patent pending technology, he said. He s aid organisations could use Flockpod by inviting debate and feedback on electronic documents, conduct spot polls and surveys of their employees and customers, allow knowledge workers to support each other, collaborate on Web research, create online user community and so on.
