Noida Toll Bridge net profit doubles

New Delhi, Jan 22

Driven by higher income from operations and reduction in finance charges, Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has doubled its net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, with a profit after tax of Rs 6.59 crore. The PAT for quarter ended December 31, 2006 was Rs 3.03 crore. The average daily traffic was at 87,385 vehicles during the quarter, up 24 per cent year-on-year. The total revenue surged to Rs 17.17 crore for the third quarter this fiscal against Rs 12.45 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal. - Our Bureau
