MindTree Q3 net up 10.4%

MindTree Consulting Ltd, a global IT and R&D services company, has reported a 10.4 per cent rise in net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007, to Rs 20.81 crore. Revenues for the quarter grew by 27 per cent to Rs 1,86.5 crore

The company has revised its guidance for total income this year to $186 million from $178-$180 million given at the beginning of the year.

During the quarter, the company added 23 new clients, including two Fortune Global 500 organisations. The total client base at the end of the quarter was 190. The MindTree Consulting Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Ashok Soota, said, “We continue to see high growth potential for our differentiated and value-added offerings.
