Double taxation pact with Mexico

New Delhi, Jan. 24

The Union Cabinet on Thursday gave its ex-post-facto approval for the signing of double taxation avoidance agreement (DTAA) with Mexico. The agreement was signed in New Delhi in September 2007 on the occasion of the visit of Mexican President, Mr Felipe Calderon. The DTAA was signed with an objective of promoting economic cooperation between the two countries.
