Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software Bartronics Q3 income, net up
Our Bureau Hyderabad, Jan. 25 Bartronics India Ltd has recorded income of Rs 70.16 crore with a net profit of Rs 10.94 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007 as against income of Rs 17.57 crore and a net profit of Rs 3.44 crore for corresponding quarter last year. The Managing Director of Bartronics, Mr Sudhir Rao, in a statement said the company’s performance reflects the first mover advantage Bartronics has in the automatic identification and data capture and radio frequency identification (RFID) business. For the fiscal ended March 31, 2007, the company recorded total income of Rs 64.44 crore with a profit of Rs 14.77 crore. During the current fiscal, the company commissioned a smart card project and has embarked on overseas expansion. The company has incorporated Bartronics America Inc in Delaware.
