Call rates move up

Mumbai, Jan. 28

Call rates closed at 6.8-6.9 per cent, higher than the previous day’s close of 6-6.1 per cent. In the one-day auction under Liquidity Adjustment Facility, the RBI received and accepted nine reverse repo bids for Rs 13,780 crore. There were no repo bids. The CBLO market saw 620 trades aggregating Rs 43,390.95 crore in the 6.4-7 per cent rage.
