WNS delivery centre in Romania

Pune, Jan. 29

To cater to the European market, WNS, business process outsourcing (BPO), has set up its delivery centre in Bucharest, Romania. Mr Neeraj Bhargava, Group Chief Executive Officer, WNS Global Services, told Business Line that the WNS delivery centre at Bucharest would serve as a near-shore delivery centre for global clients with European operations. The centre would provide multi-lingual services in French, German, Italian and Spanish for clients across a range of industries. At the outset, the centre would deliver finance and accounting and customer support services. Mr Neeraj said the initial capacity at Bucharest would be 150 seats, and added that Europe currently contributed about 60 per cent of its revenues.
