Sobha Developers' villa project

Coimbatore, Jan. 29

The Bangalore-based Sobha Developers Ltd has entered Coimbatore's real estate terrain with a residential project, Sobha Emerald. The Rs 75-crore exclusive enclave will have 61 high-end villas on a land area of 11.6 acres at Vedapatti village on Thondamuthur Road. The price will be between Rs 1.05 crore and Rs 1.20 crore each for the 2,700-sq. ft (depending on the models) villas and Rs 1.30 crore and Rs 1.50 crore each in the case of 3,500 sq. ft villas. According to Mr Sanjay Sarathy, Regional Director, the project will be completed within the next 30 months. - Our Bureau
