Meet on using geospatial tech

Hyderabad, Feb. 1

EMRI will organise a one-day conference on using geospatial technology to better emergency management services. The conference, which will be held here on February 2, would discuss the challenges and opportunities in using this technology in attending to emergencies. The Emergency Management and Research Institute is an initiative of Andhra Pradesh Government and Mr Ramalinga Raju, Chairman of Satyam Computer Services. Global experts such as Dr Thomas Krafft of Geomed Research (Germany) and Mr Jerry Overton of Richmond Ambulance Authority (the US) will share their views. - Our Bureau
